We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined below.
Eligibility and Timeframe
• 7-Day Window: You must initiate the exchange process within 7 calendar days of receiving your original order.
• Condition of Item: The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To start your exchange, please follow this required first step:

2. Include Details: In your email, please provide the following information:
• Your original Order Number.
• The name of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
• The reason for the exchange.
• The new item details (size, color, or product code) you wish to receive.
Our Doorstep Exchange Process (Swap Delivery)
Once your exchange request has been approved by our team, we will arrange a convenient swap delivery:
• Processing Time: Your exchanged item will be dispatched within 5 working days of approval.
• Simultaneous Swap: Our courier rider will deliver your new, exchanged item(s) and, at the same time, will collect the old parcel from you.
• Ready for Collection: Please ensure the item you are returning is securely packaged and ready to hand over to the rider when they arrive with your new package.
Important Notes
• Refunds: We only offer exchanges. We do not offer cash refunds.
